First Wednesday Picnic is a hit!
We had a wonderful start to our season of Wednesday Picnic Cafes yesterday. Everyone who came had a great time and enjoyed a lovely pay as you feel picnic lunch. We had a range of baps, wraps, and french bread sarnies, salads and fruits. Plus the picnic classic – scotch eggs!
The giant games we had at the Family Festival were out again and went down a storm, and Food Circle brought their farm shop with amazing veg and fresh baked bread.
We’ll be at the Community Centre (Fifth Avenue, YO31 0UG) again next week 12-1.30pm when we’ll be hoping for sunshine so we can put our fab new picnic tables into use!
