Why was Tang Hall chosen?

Whilst York is seen as a wealthy city, there are areas that have poor infrastructure and where local people have not been able to reach their potential. The area straddles 2 wards, Heworth and Hull Rd (see map). The aim was to work with our partners to help residents with making decisions for the benefit of the community.
